The despicable events in Virginia over the weekend are nothing new. In fact, the genesis of the problem goes back to Genesis — to Cain and Abel. Unhappiness striking out at a scapegoat, and the problem cannot be solved until the miserable wretches that they themselves are responsible for their misery.
