Just so, Andrew. Such aversion to human life is demonstrated in CSL's THAT HIDEOUS STRENGTH.

There was a comical scene at last year's Walk for Life, West Coast. A San Francisco activist had parked himself on a corner in full view and earshot of the peace ful marchers. He had a litany that ran something like..."Why don't you just use condoms? Condoms are the answer to everything! Prevent disease, unwanted pregnancies! Have sex whenever you want and no worries! Condoms are the answer!"
The marchers and their families just turned away from him and kept on walking. Our silence said enough. - Denise Martin

It's going to be hard to get these people to stop promoting the sacrifice of children to the modern Moloch. Only the hard lessons of the "birth dearth" will do it.

As we continue to occupy ourselves with third world and Southern Hemisphere population control, we are depopulating ourselves out of existence. We will have to depend on these barbarians with their intense desire to have offspring. They will fill our work force and defeat us in any war by their numbers alone. Whatever shall we do? We shall kill them ,of course, while we still can. All of this under the guise of humanitarian help in an effort to alleviate their poverty. Thank God for the UN. - William Dennis

This is of no surprise... It is sad, but not shocking. C.S. Lewis hit the nail on the head several years back when we said that man, in his attempt to conqure nature would eventually conqure himself (in the Abolition of Man). And the great Elizabeth Anscombe was often scoffed at for opposing contraception, and claiming it would lead to a widespread acceptance of abortion. No one at the time could even fathom that becoming widespread... Pray this totem falls quickly. - Andrew
