A public referendum supported this. Harold Koh, Grand Potentate of the UN and president of the new "One World Order," declared this to be a violation of "Rights of Global Citizens" and must be rescinded. The Catholic Church having long ago jettisoned antiquated Aristotelian dilalectics in favor of the poor and hungry, agreed with the Potentate.
