Thank you for such a beautiful, inspiring talk!
after praying about this, you have inspired me to offer a special weekly fast for the priests in our lives over this next year, a little gift back to them for all they give to me and those i love.
i am so grateful to God for our Holy Father as well.
what a gift and blessing he is to each of us.
Thank you Fr. Bramwell, Fr. Schall, each of you are an infinite treasure to us. - debby

who Priest is to me

Priest IS Father. More than anyone in my life, Fr Pio, Fr Charles, Fr Jarek, Fr Glen, Fr Paul, Fr Louis, Fr, Fr, Fr, have brought to life the Holy Trinity, the Love Who Loves me. Due to my childhood riddled w/sexual abuse by several men, most prominant my own father, I could have been lost forever.
God, my Father brought me Himself thru the Sacraments & personal care of the holy Priesthood. I love Priests. They bring Life, they bring us Christ Himself. The Priesthood IS the LOVE of God.
Amen! - today anonymous

What a beautiful description of the priesthood, that gift of be able to confect the Logos for a reenactment of the sacrifice of redemption and the alimentary consumation of Divine and human. Postmodernism has rendered most of us cluleless as to the meaning of the "Sacrifice of the Mass," a somewhat unfamiliar term these days. With the cloud of secular humanism so apparent the day is approaching whereby we may not always have a priest. Indeed evil is present in the world. Priests need prayers. - Willie
