"Business ethics"? An oxymoron if if there ever was one. Whatever name you use -- corporatism, capitalism or "free enterprise" -- the result is the same: Greed is Good.

In profits-before-people America, \"health care\" is just another industry. The U.S. government has spent trillions on wars and killing innocents, but squeezes every nickel when it comes to \"promoting the general welfare.\"

The system will never get fixed as long as the profiteers rule. Obama is merely a puppet on a string. - Joseph

Professor Arkes another good piece in defense of the Constitution. Not being learned in the law, it nevertheless seems to me that the Constitution was not conceived as a vehicle for establishing government operated agencies without popular accountability. This seems to be occurring these days with reckless abandon. These agencies are free to engage in amoral apodictic especially with concern to life issues. Belief in inalienable rights and First Principles made this Republic before a Constitution. - Willie
