We have a 31 year old autistic son who has lived his whole life with us, and I too can attest how much he brings to our family. My wife and I are recent converts to Catholicism (Easter 2005), and one of our greatest joys is to be with Christopher at the altar as he receives the Body and Blood. We ask him why he loves St. Peter in Monument, CO, and he says, "because it has all that stuff," by which he means the Gloria, the Alleluia, the Lamb of God, the Memorial Acclimation, the Communion, etc. What a joy to see his face as he receives! - Jan Dennis Sat, 16 Jul 2011 19:37:08 +0100
