I am honored to be part of this important project, though, I must admit that if the group present this past weekend were the Beatles, I would be Ringo.

Bravo Professor Arkes! You describe a visionary effort. The involvement of the Claremont Institute assures quality. The need is great and the time is short for correcting past mistakes. God speed. - Ray Hunkins

Congratulations on starting the seminar for a new Center for Natural Law. As a professor of law, Dr. Arkes, you know that the authority of all laws has been chipped away to the point of near irrelevancy. Catholic lawyers? We have six "Catholic" judges sitting on the U.S. Supreme Court and the only case they decided which upset Pres. Obama was Citizens United. Until people understand that the penalty for disobeying God's laws is horrific punishment, I am not sure efforts such as this will succeed. Otherwise, the old saw "laws were meant to be broken" will obtain. - Manfred
