A new HHS rule forces insurance companies to provide contraception and sterilization without a co-pay, suggesting they are “free” – but that is naïve. “There is no free lunch,” the cardinal-designate writes, “and you can be sure there’s no free abortion, sterilization or contraception. There will be a source of funding: you.”
