Pope Francis has appointed Bishop Michael Yeung Ming-cheung Coadjutor Bishop of the diocese of Hong Kong. The appointment comes as negotiations with the Communist Chinese government have led some Catholics to fear that the Vatican is in danger of losing control over episcopal appointments in China.
