The report details many of disturbing practices uncovered in the abortion industry with the selling of fetal tissue along with information regarding public hearings, subpoenas, criminal and regulatory referrals. The report reveals that it made a total of 15 criminal referrals, including one against fetal tissue company StemExpress because it “may have destroyed documents that were the subject of congressional inquiries, document request letters, and subpoenas.”
