A reader asks if only this one part of the Rosary is allowed during the Lenten season. The answer is: “You can pray which ever of the sets of Mysteries that it occurs to you to pray. Yes, there is an order which seems to have become standard, to the point of being called the traditional order. That order makes sense.” But you can pray any and all of the Mysteries during this season of penance.
