Francis will be the first pope to participate personally as a protagonist in a documentary film. Focus Features will produce and Wim Wenders will direct Pope Francis – A Man of His Word. The film will feature Francis in conversation, discussing issues such as ecological responsibility, immigration, consumer behavior, and social justice.
