McCarrick now lives near a public school

Church officials have confirmed that disgraced ex-cardinal Theodore McCarrick who was removed from ministry amid allegations of the sexual abuse of, among other, an 11-year-old boy, has moved to a friary in remote western Kansas that is near a primary school. St. Fidelis Friary in Victoria, KS, a rural town of about 1,200, is within a block of Victoria Elementary School.
