Senate Democrats rejected on Monday an effort to ensure that babies who survive abortion attempts receive medical care. Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse’s bill is co-sponsored by more than two dozen Senate Republicans. The House version of the bill is co-sponsored by 146 members: one Democrat and 145 Republicans. [1]
