The Georgia Senate has approved a bill that would ban abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat can be detected, about six weeks into pregnancy. The bill already won approval in the Georgia House of Representatives and will be signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp after the House approves changes made by the Senate.
