On Wednesday, Cardinal Fernando Filoni, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, presided over the laying of the foundation stone for the reconstruction of the St. Antony sanctuary, devastated by a terrorist bomb on Easter Sunday. The cardinal spoke with people involved in the reconstruction and also conveyed greetings from Pope Francis. [1]
