In an open letter released on Wednesday, the Diocesan Commission for Justice and Peace, asks their Asian counterparts to pray for them and support the demands of the people of Hong Kong: an independent investigation into the police violence on protesters; cancellation of the definition of “revolt” for demonstrations that took place in the territory; withdrawal of the extradition law.
