A professor of Biblical studies and longtime fried of Philadelphia’s retiring archbishop, Charles J. Chaput. For his service to the church, Archbishop Chaput should have received a cardinal’s hat. That he was not made a cardinal might be indicative of the differences between his theology, courageous policy positions, and the orientation of the current pope. [1]
