The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments today in what some say is the most consequential abortion case in a generation: Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The question on the minds of many is: Will this lead the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade? It may, if the Court is convinced most Americans want more restrictions on abortion.
