The meaning of a kiss

Judas’s kiss is a sign of betrayal and enmity. But the sinful woman’s kisses (of Luke chapter 7) reconcile and bring peace. Oh, how painful was Jesus’s suffering: a sinful stranger knew what it means to kiss; while his friend betrayed him with a kiss.
