Christian foster care is not discriminatory

In Fulton v. City of Philadelphia (2021), a case that challenged the Philadelphia government’s shuttering of Catholic Social Services’ foster-care policies, the Supreme Court ruled the agency’s rule against same-sex fostering is legal. Other agencies continue to allow homosexuals to foster with no impediment to their desires.
