If pro-life advocates are going to advance in post-Dobbs political battles, they need to make sure they aren’t just focused on new, restrictive laws concerning abortion. They must also work for policies that promote and support families, because Democrats intend to spend millions of dollars this fall telling voters that Republicans want to ban all abortions without exception—and that those same GOP politicians have no interest in helping new mothers provide for their babies.
