Everywhere one turns these days people are clamoring for kindness. We’re in the midst of a Kindness Challenge. But as C. S. Lewis observed decades ago what we need is the centuries-old and universal natural law tradition. The mere Christian approach bids us look upward to moral grandeur and behold true charity. The Kindness Challenge keeps us looking down into ourselves, for therapy. [1]
