Bishop Abdallah Elias Zaidan, of the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles, says “The Lebanese people are suffering.” Zaidan now leads the USCCB Committee on International Justice and Peace and Lebanon will likely receive, along with Ukraine and Africa, a new emphasis in the USCCB’s charitable work.
