A Texas man has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of his aborted unborn child. The lawsuit seeks more than $1 million from each of the three women who helped his wife obtain abortion pills. “Abortion harms not only the unborn children who are killed,” says Peter Breen, head of litigation at the Thomas More Society, “but also the fathers who have had their fatherhood stolen from them” [1]
