In a brief order issued by Justice Samuel Alito, the Supreme Court put on hold a decision issued by a U.S. District judge that had handed victory to abortion opponents. Both the Justice Department and Danco Laboratories, which makes the branded version of mifepristone, Mifeprex, had asked the Court to immediately step in. [1]
