The surviving relatives of Pope Benedict XVI stand to inherit money from his legacy, according to the executor of his last will and testament. But none of these relatives are willing to touch it for fear that they may be liable to pay damages in ongoing abuse cases that date back to Joseph Ratzinger’s days as Archbishop of Munich.
