Amicus brief: Maryland parents must be allowed to opt out of gender curriculum

According to an amicus brief filed yesterday in Maryland’s Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals by the Ethics and Public Policy Center, the Montgomery County Public School system “underestimates” how much its mandatory gender-and-sexuality curriculum interferes with parents’ religious exercise, because “gender ideology is fundamentally incompatible with Christian anthropology and Catholic teaching.”
