A new Vatican report on the community in which serial sex abuser (and priest) Marko Rupnik lived and worked is an apparent effort to downplay the scandal and has generated instant backlash by actually praising members of the Centro Aletti, a center of art, theology, and culture, for refusing to discuss Rupnik’s crimes.
