German bishop at Synod says apostolic tradition needs to be set aside

Journalist Diane Montagna asked Bishop Franz-Josef Overbeck, who had said that if “tradition and the signs of the times” conflict, tradition must go, did he mean Apostolic Tradition? The bishop said yes, twice. ^[1]
