Dr. Sandra Hapenney

Dr. Sandra Hapenney has a master’s degree in theology from St. Mary’s University, a master’s in Public Health specializing in biostatistics and epidemiology from the University of Hawaii, and a doctorate in church-state Studies from Baylor University.
