The Free Society Seminar (FSS), founded by the great Catholic theologian Michael Novak, has been meeting in the Slovak Republic for over twenty years. It has brought together hundreds of graduate students and young professionals from the United States, Canada, Australia, the Philippines, Latin America, and all over Western and Central Europe to discuss the foundations of freedom in culture, economics, and politics.
