Sections of several documents issued under the name of Pope Francis are lifted without attribution from earlier work by an Argentinian archbishop, Victor Fernandez. Not to have cited these borrowings demonstrates a serious lack of proper form and indicates that Fernandez was acting as a ghostwriter.
