The Salvadoran archbishop, Oscar Romero, and Pope Paul VI, author of Humane Vitae, will be canonized by Pope Francis in a Vatican ceremony on October 14. Paul will be the third pope to be elevated to sainthood during Pope Francis’ papacy.
