The last of the rooms in the Vatican painted bu Raphael was the Hall of Constantine, designed to be used for receptions and ceremonies. It features four different episodes from the first Christian emperor’s life: the Vision of the Cross, the Battle Against Maxentius, the Baptism of Constantine, and the Donation of Rome.
