As the Supreme Court’s decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health case approaches, President Biden has abandoned any pretense of bipartisanship in his pledge to undermine the Court’s decision if it overturns Roe v. Wade. And he has promised to fill the vacant seat on the Court with the most pro-abortion candidate he can find. This does not square with his promise to promote national harmony.
