Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called Russian missile strikes on a Ukrainian mall “one of the most daring terrorist attacks in European history.” Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk agreed and praised Ukrainians, especially young people for continuing to defend their homeland.
