With over 95 percent of ballots counted as of Wednesday afternoon, Kansas voters defeated the Value Them Both amendment by about 59 percent to 41 percent in the Aug. 2 referendum. But why did it fail? Largely because an onslaught of misinformation from radical left organizations that spent millions to spread lies about the amendment.
