America’s bishops, the National Catholic Education Association, and Catholic University say that the government’s insistence that male-to-female athletes be allowed to compete against biological females imposes a false view of nature and sexuality. It is internally inconsistent, unworkably vague, and fails to consider another significant matter: religious freedom.
