Can the British monarchy survive a non-religious “Defender of the Faith”? King Charles III is less religious than his mother, and Prince William, Charles’ son and successor, is, apparently, not religious at all. The Church of England cannot easily ride out the twin pressures of an agnostic king and the militant competition of wokery and Islam.
