The remains of five late-term aborted babies in Washington, D.C. will not be receiving an autopsy that could determine if federal law was violated by the abortion clinic responsible. A “progressive” pro-life group and federal lawmakers have called for an investigation and for autopsies to be performed to determine if the clinic violated the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act.
