The rise of “normophobia”
Mary Harrington, First Things
Thursday, April 4, 2024
It’s the contemporary consensus that makes an enemy of the unchosen, the normal, and the given. We should dismiss its self-justifications about inclusion, marginalization, and so on that lubricate its spread. Let’s call it what it is: bigotry, a fear of the normal.
